The WHO EVIPNet European Multi-Country Meeting was held in Turkey
The World Health Organization (WHO) Evidence Informed Policy Network (EVIPNet) European Multi-Country Meeting was held in Istanbul on 3-5 September 2019. 40 participants representing 12 countries and EVIPNet Unit Leaer Tanja Kuchenmüller from the WHO European Regian and her team and WHO Turkey Representative Dr. Pavel Ursu and WHO Turkey Program Officer Prof. Dr. Toker Ergüder attended the meeting. TÜSEB Turkish Health Policies Institute (TÜSPE), which was inclueded in EVIPNet by WHO on behalf of Turkey, Prof. Dr. Hasan Hüseyin Yıldırım, Dr. Birol Tibet and Exp. Yonca Özatkan preresented it.
TÜSPE; In order to contribute to a healthier and prosperous Turkey and humanity by producing and disseminating consultation, research and evidence-based, reliable and processed information in the field of health policies, health management, health economics and finance, health services delivery, health manpower, publich health, carries out R&D, monitoring and evaluation, training, publication, meeting and consultancy activities for policies related to the health industry, global health and health tourism.
