The Health Systems and Service Delivery Policies Unit addresses the functioning of the health system and service delivery models in terms of accessibility, quality, efficiency, and sustainability. The Unit conducts studies on the comprehensive evaluation of primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare services, the strengthening of integration across levels of care, and the development of evidence-based policy recommendations. The planning, organization, performance monitoring, and analysis of emerging needs in healthcare service delivery are among the core areas of work of the Unit.
