About TÜSPE

TÜSEB Turkish Institute for Health Policies (TÜSPE) was established in Ankara with the Council of Ministers' Resolution (2017/9860), which was published in the Official Gazette No: 30018 on 25 March 2017. For the Council of Ministers' click here.

TÜSPE conducts R&D, monitoring and evaluation, education, publication, meeting and consultancy activities intended  policies related to health management, health economics and financing, health services provision, health workforce, public health, health industry, global health and health tourism, in order to contribute to a healtier and more prosperous society in Turkey and humanity by producing and disseminating reliable and processed knowledge in the field of health policies based on discussion, evidence and research.

TÜSPE Business Model: The TÜSPE Business Model, inspired by the widely used Business Model Canvas all over the world, is the basis of TÜSPE. TÜSPE Business Model reveals TÜSPE's target group (customer segments), value propositions for this target group, communication channels with customers, customer relationships, key partners, key activities, key resources, cost structure and revenue streams as well as relations between  all these building blocks.
