Health Economics, Financing, and Industry Policies Unit
The Health Economics, Financing, and Industry Policies Unit addresses health expenditures, health financing, reimbursement systems, health technologies, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and health industry policies in an integrated manner. The Unit conducts studies on the efficient use of resources, financial sustainability, value-based health policies, and health economics analyses. The development of the health industry, support for domestic production capacity, health technology assessment, and the development of financing models are among the priority areas of work of the Unit.
