The Turkish Trans-Fats Policy Document Summarized within the EVIPNet Webinar Series
As part of the WHO EVIPNet Evidence-Informed Decision Making Webinar Series, a presentation titled “The EVIPNet Policy Document Experience: The Case of Turkey” was held on 22 November 2021. Three questions directed to Dr. Elif İşlek, expert at TÜSEB-TÜSPE, Turkey’s policy brief and experience on reducing trans fats were summarized.
