Exp. Elif İŞLEK attended the summer school organized by the European Observatory for Health Systems and Policies in Venice.
Our specialist, Elif İŞLEK, attended the "Skills in Primary Health Care and Chronic Care" on 21-27 July 2019 iin Venice as part o the summer school activities organized by the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies in cooperation with the World Health Organization. She participated in the training titled "Mixed Innovations: Mobilizing the Health Workforce" with the sponsorship of the WHO Turkey Office.
- Innovative approaches to skill mix, analyzing existing skill mix practices, evaluating results,
- Reviewing policy and other governance approaches for the creation and implementation of innovative skills mix practices ( in the areas of legislation, education, payment methods, etc.)
- Evaluation of skill mix innovations for integrated care (including hospitals)
- Making preparations for future challenges and trends.
